David Rubner

Rubner David is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at NovelSat since January 2015, Rubner is also the Owner of Rubner Technology Ventures, established in April 2000. Rubner has a history of investment and support for hi-tech companies through roles as General Partner at Hyperion Israel from 2000 to 2016 and as Partner at Hyperion Partners Israel during the same period. Previous leadership positions include President & CEO of E.C.I. Telecom Ltd. from 1991 to 2000, and various executive roles at ECI Telecom and Electronics Corporation of Israel, Ltd. Rubner began a career in engineering at Westinghouse Research Laboratories from 1963 to 1969. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with Honors from Queen Mary University of London.
