Itzik Wulkan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Itzik currently serves as the CEO of Itzik Wulkan Ventures. Prior to this, they held the position of President & Founder at NovelSat and CEO & Founder at both NovelSat and Audiocodes. Additionally, they worked at Comverse as a VP of Business Development, focusing on developing strategic relationships and introducing new technologies. Itzik Wulkan also served as the CEO of Call Manage and held the role of VP projects at Tadiran Telecommunication Public Switching and Tadiran Communications. Itzik began their career as a team leader in the IDF.

Itzik Wulkan's education history begins in 1969 when they enrolled in the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Itzik pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and completed their studies in 1973. Following their undergraduate studies, they proceeded to Tel Aviv University in 1978 and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration. Their MBA studies concluded in 1981.
