Izhar Marinov is an experienced leader in research and development, currently serving as VP R&D at NOVELSAT since November 2020. Prior to this role, Izhar held the position of VP R&D at NSLComm from November 2016 to November 2020. Izhar also served as R&D director for defense products at Gilat Satellite Networks from January 2010 to November 2016, and as VP Systems at Sandlinks from January 2007 to November 2009. Izhar's extensive career at Gilat Satellite Networks spans from 1994 to 2006, where Izhar was the Director of R&D. Izhar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, completed between 1985 and 1989.
