Rokas Ralys is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation, innovation, and IT infrastructure development. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Transformation & Innovation at Novian since November 2020, Rokas previously held significant roles at DXC Technology from 2016 to 2020, where responsibilities included leading multi-national bid/capture teams and managing complex IT Technology and Services opportunities across Southern Europe. Prior experience includes serving as the Infrastructure Development Group Manager at BAIP, where leadership was focused on delivering IT infrastructure projects for key sectors in Lithuania and expanding business into East Africa and Southeast Asia. Rokas's earlier positions encompass sales and pre-sales roles at Alna Intelligence and Hewlett-Packard. Academically, Rokas holds a Master of Science in Management and Business Administration from Vilnius University, obtained in 2002.
