Merav Levin-Gadot has held various HR leadership positions throughout their career. Merav is currently the VP of HR at Novidea since April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR Amdocs Global Delivery at Amdocs from August 2017 to April 2022. From March 2013 to August 2017, they served as the Head of HR at IDE Technologies Ltd. Merav was the Global Director of HR at Better Place from February 2011 to March 2013. Before that, they held the role of VP HR at Telmap from January 2007 to February 2011. Merav also served as the HR Director at Comverse Technology, Inc. from November 2000 to January 2007 and started their career as an Organizational Consultant at TIL INTERNATIONAL from January 1998 to November 2000.
Merav Levin-Gadot pursued a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Tel Aviv University, completing their studies from 1996 to 1998.
