Racheli Agiv has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Racheli is currently working at Novidea as a Business Operations Manager since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Surecomp as the Director of Business Operations from June 2020 to December 2022.

Before their role at Surecomp, Racheli held various positions at NCR Corporation. Racheli worked as a Business Operations Manager, where they were responsible for implementing global resource management processes and managing the center of excellence's profit and loss, cost allocation, and headcount planning. Racheli also handled revenue and order forecasting, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. Racheli held this position from May 2018 to June 2020. Racheli also served as a Business Operations Manager from August 2015 to May 2018 and as a Sales Operations employee from June 2014 to August 2015 at NCR Corporation.

Additionally, Racheli briefly worked as a College Lecturer at Ono Academic College from July 2015 to September 2015. Racheli started their professional career at Comverse Technology, Inc., where they held various roles, including Office of the CIO from January 2012 to June 2014, IT Budget P&C from January 2010 to January 2012, and IT vendor relations intern from May 2008 to January 2010.

Racheli Agiv obtained their B.Sc degree in Industrial Engineering from the Holon Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Racheli later pursued an MBA in Business Administration at Ono Academic College from 2010 to 2011.
