Sharone Volk has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Sharone started their career at Amdocs (Israel) in 1994, where they worked as a Senior Team Leader for six years. Sharone then joined Dotomi as an R&D Development Manager in 2000. In 2001, they became the Head of Development at Percite. From 2002 to 2003, Sharone worked as the Head of Integration at Malam, where they were responsible for creating a new professional field in integration and managing a group of specialists involved in IDM solutions.
In 2004, Sharone joined Phoenix Insurance Company LTD. as the CTO. During their seven-year tenure, they led business transactions, managed software development teams, and negotiated with suppliers and customers. Sharone also functioned as the head of an independent Profit & loss unit.
In 2011, Sharone became the VP Technologies & CTO at Migdal. After a year, they joined Teva Pharmaceuticals as IT Architecture Manager, where they served until 2015. In the same year, they started working at Novidea as the Vice President of Products, a position they currently hold.
Sharone Volk attended the Israel Institute of Technology - Technion between 1991 and 1995, where they pursued an undergraduate degree in Computer Science. After completing their engineering program, they joined Polytechnic in 1999 and completed their M.Sc. degree in Management in the year 2000.
