Mr Moore first joined Novo Nordisk as head of Sales and Marketing in Novo Nordisk Inc, US in 2017. Mr Moore was promoted senior vice president, Commercial at Novo Nordisk Inc, US, in 2017 and left the company in 2019.
In 2022, Mr Moore re-joined Novo Nordisk as senior vice president of Corporate Development with responsibility for driving corporate strategy activities as well as all business development and M&A in Novo Nordisk. Mr Moore was promoted executive vice president of Corporate Development in March 2023. In 2025, Mr Moore was appointed president of Novo Nordisk Inc., and executive vice president of US Operations.
