Haychoi Taing

Haychoi Taing has extensive experience in laboratory IT and research computing, serving as Associate Director for Laboratory IT at Novo Nordisk from October 2018 to October 2023. In this role, Haychoi led US R&ED IT initiatives across multiple research sites, overseeing client services, infrastructure, and laboratory IT teams. Prior to this, Haychoi worked as a Senior Manager and Sr. IT Partner at the University of Washington Microbiology from May 2007 to October 2013, where responsibilities included leading IT operations and developing high-performance computing (HPC) clusters for laboratory data analysis. Haychoi's career began at the University of Washington Earth and Space Sciences from August 2004 to May 2007, focusing on IT operations support for a large department and implementing a virtualized HPC cluster.
