Christopher Schilder

Christopher Schilder is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial, procurement, regulatory affairs, and risk management. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Novolex since May 2025, Christopher previously held key legal positions at Pactiv Evergreen Inc. as Chief Counsel overseeing commercial, innovation, and ESG matters from September 2022 to May 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Risk Management at BrandSafway from June 2017 to September 2022, as well as positions at Safway Group and Gass Weber Mullins, LLC. Christopher began a legal career as an associate at Foley & Lardner LLP. Educational achievements include a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor’s degree with honors in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
