Prior experience includes roles at Syngenta, where responsibilities encompassed regional supply operations, global crop production, and supply chain management, alongside serving as Vice President of Production at Tagawa Greenhouse. Cindy D. holds a Master of Science in Horticulture from the University of Florida, a Post Graduate Certification in Business Process Management from the University of Warwick, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from Florida State University.
