Kristian Hohol is an experienced professional in IT management and project execution, currently serving as the Head of Identity & Access Management at Novonesis since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kristian held various positions at Chr. Hansen from January 2020 to January 2024, including IT Manager and Production IT Manager. Kristian also served as Chief of Project Management at NaviPartner from December 2015 to December 2019, overseeing the project management team and driving process optimisation. Earlier experience includes leadership roles as Partner & CEO at My Order ApS and Co-founder and partner at ThinkIN, alongside roles in event management and business development. Kristian holds a Bachelor's degree in Process and Innovation from the Technical University of Denmark and has also pursued additional education at institutions including Niels Brock and Copenhagen Business School.
