Ts. Amye Wong currently serves as the Industry Technology Specialist for Baking in Southeast Asia at Novonesis since December 2020, having also held a similar role at Novozymes prior to this. With a strong background in research and development management, Ts. Amye has worked at The Italian Baker Sdn Bhd and Kart Food Industries Sdn Bhd, focusing on product development and production improvement. Extensive experience in the food industry is complemented by prior roles at De-Luxe Food Services, Seasonings Specialities, and King's Confectionery. Ts. Amye holds an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University and degrees in Baking Science and Food Technology, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and expertise in baking and food science, with ongoing education in extended shelf life in baked goods scheduled for 2025.
