Earlier experience includes various HR and sales roles at organizations such as GF Management and Bear Creek Mountain Resort, along with educational credentials that include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Penn State World Campus and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
