Sean Herwaldt

Sean Herwaldt is the Director of Supply Chain at NOVOS, a venture capital-backed company focused on essential longevity nutraceuticals, since June 2022. Prior to NOVOS, Sean held various roles at SpaceX from 2017 to 2022, including Global Supply Manager for Starlink, where responsibilities included developing supplier relationships and leading mechanical sourcing efforts. Sean's earlier experience includes positions at Progress Rail, where Sean managed operations planning and logistics, as well as roles in sales and procurement at Freightquote and Owens Corning, where Sean participated in a corporate leadership program. Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
