Erik DeBattista currently serves as the Chief Officer of Centralised Operations at Novum Bank Group, where responsibilities encompass payments, cards, retail deposits, product and project management, and corporate banking, along with previous roles such as Head of Payments & Card Operations. Erik's extensive experience in the financial and payments sector spans multiple organizations, including Stellia Ltd. as Operations Manager, RS2 Software Group as Project Manager, and Transactium Ltd. in software development, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, compliance, and relationship management. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Computing from the University of Malta.
