Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Novum Bank Group since June 2016, Michael previously held the role of Commercial Director at Vanquis Bank, focusing on marketing, credit risk management, and business development from September 2007 to June 2016. Additionally, Michael's career includes positions such as Customer Value Management Director at Barclaycard International, Sr. Vice President of Decision Science at both CitiFinancial International and The Associates, and Senior Analyst at First USA Bank. Michael is a graduate of Cornell University, where studies were completed between 1989 and 1993.
