Prior to this position, Faye held roles at CYBG PLC, where responsibilities included managing fraud investigations and educating colleagues and customers on fraud prevention. Faye also served as a Director at National Hunter and as a Team Manager at Hbos PLC, where leadership of fraud investigation teams was a key focus. Faye holds an advanced certification in International Anti-Money Laundering from the International Compliance Association, further underscoring expertise in the field.
