Naomi Bailey is the Sustainability Communication & Charity Manager at Novuna, where responsibilities include delivering internal and external communications that reflect sustainability goals across Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) pillars, as well as managing relationships with Group Charity Partners and leading charitable initiatives. Naomi began this role in February 2022 following a rebrand of Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC to Novuna. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Nteractive and a Conference Manager at Reed Exhibitions, along with roles at Microsoft as a Workshop Coordinator and Resource Manager. Naomi holds a degree from Bournemouth University, completed in 2011.
