Kevin D. Decker is a seasoned professional in the energy and technology sectors, currently serving as COO and Managing Partner at Novus Consulting since May 2021, and as Co-Founder and President at PEAKE since December 2019, specializing in energy, technology, and management consulting. Prior to these roles, Kevin D. Decker spent nearly three decades at Chesapeake Energy, progressing through various leadership positions including Director of Intelligent Producing Operations, Director of Integrated Field Operations, and Director of Operations Data Services. Kevin D. Decker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University, earned between 1986 and 1990.
