Bryan Feola

Bryan Feola is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Site Operations at Novva Data Centers, overseeing daily operations for a 55,000 sq. ft. data center campus since March 2024. Previously, Bryan held the position of Facilities Manager at H5 Data Centers, managing operations across two data centers totaling 300,000 sq. ft. Bryan's extensive military career with the US Navy spanned over a decade, where multiple leadership roles included Training Instructor, Engineering Officer of the Watch, and Leading Chief Petty Officer of the Reactor Control Division, focusing on training and supervising personnel on nuclear operations and maintenance. Bryan holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership and an MBA from Western Governors University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior University.
