As the Founder and CEO of Nowanalytics since August 2007, Umesh Jain has focused on leveraging data-driven strategies for contact center operations. Umesh co-founded Xcelerate Restoration Software in January 2018 and previously served as President of Merging Elements, where efforts centered on CRM and outsourcing strategies. Notable past positions include CIO and SVP of Strategy at PRC, LLC, Partner at SourcePoint Partners, and Managing Partner at marchFIRST. Umesh Jain's educational background includes an MBA in Management from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a B. Eng. in Computer Systems and Electronics from King's College London.
