Xena Kash

Xena Kash serves as the Chief Executive Officer at NOWNodes since January 2024, where significant restructuring efforts have led to doubled profitability and enhanced internal workflows. Previously, Xena was a mentor at the Web3 BizDev School, developing a bilingual sales course for aspiring Web3 professionals, and held the CEO position at NOWPayments, achieving profitability within 1.5 years and driving growth during market downturns. Xena has also played key roles in business development at ChangeNOW.io, where structured strategies increased transactions and user engagement, and at NOWPayments as a senior manager, optimizing client onboarding and lead generation processes. Earlier in the career, Xena worked as a translator/interpreter in IT, finance, and marketing. Xena holds a Master's degree in Linguistics from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela and Saint Petersburg State University.
