Dan McFall

Dan McFall is an experienced executive with a strong background in service delivery, consulting, and business solutions. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Service Delivery at NPI since January 2021, Dan is responsible for the delivery of services to clients. Prior to this role, Dan was the President & CEO of Mobile Labs, where a significant focus was on mobile device cloud solutions and mobile app testing tools. Dan has held multiple leadership positions at ORTEC, including Senior Director of Business Solutions and Director of Alliances, overseeing solution design, customer acquisition, and partner management. Earlier in the career, Dan worked at CAPS Logistics as a Senior Support Engineer. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
