Primarily in Istanbul, then in Turkey and eventually in the Middle Eastern and Balkanian Countries, to be recognized as an institution actively participating in all activities concerned with mental health,to adopt a cost efficient, quality oriented approach trying to achieve easy accesibility in mental health services; and to be a service provider which would be the first choice of patients and their relatives by providing the proper satisfaciton.
