Alison Kent

Alison Kent, CAE, DES, currently holds the position of Education Program Manager at NRECA, where responsibilities encompass overseeing the full project life cycle and maintaining strong relationships with senior management and partners. Previously, Kent served as the Director of Education & Workforce Development at the International Sign Association, focusing on the creation, deployment, and tracking of strategic business plans while managing program budgets in collaboration with senior leadership. Earlier career experiences include serving as the Executive Assistant to the Founder and Chairwoman of the Board at the National Museum of Women in the Arts. Alison Kent earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Connecticut College.
