Alexandra Pruner

Alexandra "Alie" Pruner is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Board Chair at Malta Inc since April 2022, Pruner has held significant positions including Senior Advisor at Perella Weinberg Partners since November 2018, where a previous role as CFO was retired in 2018. As Chair of the Board and Chair of the Sustainability & Governance Committee at Encino Acquisition Partners, Pruner is also an Independent Director at NRG Energy and Plains All American, leading audit and governance committees. Previous experience includes an Independent Director role at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and extensive tenure at Perella Weinberg Partners / Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. as CFO & Partner. Pruner began her career in various roles within the energy sector, including as SVP at Gulf Publishing Company and VP of Marketing at PetroCosm, underlining a strong foundation in finance and industry-specific expertise. Pruner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University.
