Christine Aubin Zoino

Christine Aubin Zoino is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and securities law. Currently serving as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at NRG Energy since February 2013, Christine advises on securities law matters and manages all aspects of SEC reporting. Previously, as Senior Counsel at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, Christine represented technology and life sciences companies in various transactions and drafted numerous legal agreements. Christine's career also includes a structured finance associate role at Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP, internships at the Securities and Exchange Commission and the New York Stock Exchange, and early positions as a law clerk and legal assistant. Christine holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New York Law School and a Bachelor of the Arts in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Maryland.
