Mabel Tsado

Mabel Tsado is a Product Experience Analyst at NRG Energy since June 2023, bringing a diverse background in product development and strategic design. Previously, Mabel served as a Strategist and Designer for Epistemix during the MHCI Capstone project and gained experience as a Business Analyst Intern at Amazon, where contributions included developing a capacity planning tool and streamlining communication processes across teams. Mabel's prior internships include roles at IBM as a Digital Sales Specialist Intern, where research on marketing best practices was conducted, and Rubitection Inc. as a Business Development Intern focusing on biomedical device market research. Mabel commenced professional development as an Atlas Scholar, gaining insights into the energy industry and presenting research on the US crude oil ban to industry executives. Mabel holds a Master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University's School of Computer Science, complemented by education in business from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business.
