Rick Bluntzer

Rick Bluntzer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory and government affairs. Since August 2009, Rick has served as Senior Vice President at NRG Energy, where responsibilities include overseeing regulatory strategies. Prior to this role, Rick was Vice President at Public Strategies, Inc. from July 2008 to September 2009, and served as Managing Director. Rick's career also includes a significant position at LCRA, where Rick worked as Assistant General Manager and Chief Administrative Officer from August 2003 to July 2008. Rick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
