Aleksandra Miernowska-Kotlewska

Aleksandra Miernowska-Kotlewska is an experienced professional in risk and reliability management, currently serving as Team Manager and Lead Consultant for New Business Development at NRG since March 2018. Previously, Aleksandra held various roles at Momentive, including External R&D Liaison and Process Research Leader, where responsibilities encompassed project initiation, coordination, and team leadership in alignment with business strategies. Earlier experience includes positions at Hexion Inc. and CLEA Technologies B.V., focusing on process research and development. Aleksandra holds a PhD from Delft University of Technology and an MSc in Chemical Technology from Warsaw University of Technology, complemented by advanced management training from the Rotterdam School of Management.
