Ca Phillip Fong

Phillip Fong is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial management and business partnering. Currently serving as a Finance Business Partner for the National Rugby League since October 2019, Phillip oversees financial performance and supports the Fan Experience business through budget preparation and stakeholder engagement. Previously, Phillip worked as a Management Accountant at HealthShare NSW, providing financial commentary and variance analysis, and at Employsure, managing financial reporting for the New Zealand business unit. Early career roles include accounts management at Vero Insurance New Zealand and advisory positions at The University of Auckland. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Auckland, a Diploma in Mandarin from Beijing Language and Culture University, and has been a Chartered Accountant since 2016.
