Nikki Haddock

Nikki Haddock is an experienced professional in safeguarding and child protection, currently serving as the National Safeguarding and Policy Manager at the National Rugby League since August 2025. Prior roles include Strategic Projects Consultant for Safeguarding Children Services at the Australian Childhood Foundation from October 2022 to August 2025 and Manager of Safeguarding at KPMG Australia for a brief period in 2022. Nikki has a solid background with the Australian Childhood Foundation as a Senior Safeguarding Consultant and has managed statewide child protection education programs at YWCA Australia. Earlier experience includes leadership roles in youth program management at YWCA NSW and hands-on work as an Assistant Co-ordinator at Springboard Pupil Referral Unit. Nikki holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Counselling Skills from the University of Chester.
