Mark Daaleman

Mark Daaleman serves as General Counsel at Coldwell Banker Warburg since October 2021 and has held various regional counsel roles for NRT, Realogy, and Cendant since February 1999, providing legal counsel to eastern U.S. real estate brokerages. Additionally, Mark Daaleman is the General Counsel and Vice President of Coldwell Banker Preferred and has held similar positions with Burgdorff ERA, Jack Gaughen Realtors, The Corcoran Group, and Citi Habitats. Beyond the real estate sector, Mark Daaleman contributes as Vice President/Secretary and Environmental Chair for the Mushett Family Foundation, which focuses on medical, poverty, and environmental issues in northeastern New Jersey. Mark Daaleman obtained a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law (1983) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Michigan (1980).
