Adam Flanagan is a Senior Software Engineer at Nscale since March 2024 and Co-Founder of Squad AI, which focuses on product strategy alignment between business objectives and customer needs. Previously, Adam held the position of Senior Software Engineer at BetDEX Labs Inc., contributing to the development of the first decentralized Web3 sports betting exchange on the Solana Network from April 2022 to April 2024. Adam also worked at Sky Betting & Gaming from 2016 to 2022, progressing from Graduate Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer. Adam earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Leeds, where studies spanned from 2012 to 2016, and completed GCSE and A-Level education at Bishop Heber High School from 2005 to 2012. Prior experience includes waiter roles at Carden Park Hotel and a local mobile catering company.
