Jonathan Wm Lee

Jonathan WM Lee has extensive experience in Customer Success and User Adoption, currently serving as Director and Principal Consultant at Customer Success Consulting since December 2021, where consultancy and training services are provided. Concurrently, as Practice Lead for the Cisco Customer Experience Specialization Program at NSF International since July 2019, Jonathan leads a team of auditors and consultants to establish Customer Success practices for partners. Jonathan also holds the position of Customer Success Lead at ISSI since July 2018, focusing on practice assessment and strategy enablement. Jonathan’s earlier experience includes a lengthy tenure at Dimension Data, where responsibilities ranged from Director of Alliance & Consulting for the Asia Pacific region to Manager of Corporate Communication & Marketing. Jonathan began a career as a Senior Network Specialist at Singapore Computer System from December 1996 to April 1999. Academically, Jonathan holds a Master's degree in Business, Information Technology from RMIT University and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the Singapore Institute of Management.
