With a strong background in counseling and personnel services, Renita has held key positions such as Senior Manager of Events & Academic Tours at The National Society of High School Scholars and Scholar Program Director at The Posse Foundation. Renita's expertise also includes talent acquisition, internship program management, and student employment coordination. Renita holds a Master of Education in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services from James Madison University and is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) from Events Industry Council.
