Prior to his professional career, Quan gained experience as a Frontend Web Developer Intern at the University of North Alabama. His education includes a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of North Alabama (expected December 2025), a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same university, and an Associate's degree in Java Programming from Houston Community College. He also holds a High School Diploma in Computer Programming from Ben Tre High School for Gifted Students. Quan has received several academic and programming contest awards, including Dean's List honors and prizes in programming contests in Vietnam.
