Yifa Idisis is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at NSO Group since March 2013, Yifa has demonstrated expertise in structuring complex deals, raising capital, and overseeing due diligence, while also implementing a business recovery program. Prior experience includes positions at DHL from January 2003 to January 2012, where Yifa advanced from Finance Manager to Director of Finance, Head of Finance IL, and Global FP&A, overseeing significant departmental responsibilities. Earlier, Yifa gained foundational experience at PwC from 1999 to 2003, specializing in auditing public companies and preparing for IPOs. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and Financial Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics, both from Tel Aviv University, alongside further executive education at the same institution.
