Claire also identified skills gaps and provided ongoing training and development for the Helpdesk team.
Claire then became the Operations Manager - Managed Services at SHL, where they managed a specialist team globally to provide outsourced services and achieve a high level of customer service. Claire joined NSSLGlobal as the Head Of Operations, where they currently hold the position. Additionally, they were the owner of UKGundogs, an online directory for breeders and trainers nationwide.
