With a background in the British Armed Forces, Paul managed telecommunications operations as a Telecommunications Manager, overseeing a team of over 70 staff while managing military communication systems in challenging environments. Paul's career also includes leadership roles in operating and engineering SATCOM systems and ensuring secure communications for operational missions.
