Megan Aldridge

Megan Aldridge is a Senior Program Officer at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this, Megan served as a Senior Policy Officer and Policy Officer at the NSW Department of Education from July 2021 to July 2023, and in various roles including Program Officer and A/Senior Program Officer at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice from February 2018 to July 2021. Megan began the career path as a Graduate Policy Officer, completing rotations at the NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation and the Department of Family and Community Services (NSW) in 2017. Earlier experience includes roles at HQ Insurance Pty Ltd, Magic Millions, Pearson Emerson Meyer Family Lawyers, and as a Volunteer Paralegal at the National Children's and Youth Law Centre. Academically, Megan holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The Australian National University, a Diploma of Government from the University of New England, a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Laws with Honours from Macquarie University, and studied Law at Carleton University. Notable educational background also includes attendance at Pymble Ladies' College.
