Neil Hogan is an experienced professional in the field of major projects management, currently serving as the Director of Major Projects at the Department of Justice NSW since October 2017 and as a Consultant Director for major projects since 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Major Projects at Western Sydney University from 2008 to September 2017 and a tenure as Construction Project Manager at LBCM LIMITED, where various projects such as hospitality and high-rise residential developments were delivered from 1996 to 2010. Neil also held the position of Director at Hogan & Sons Pty Ltd from 1987 to 1996 and began his career as a Construction Cadet at the Concrete-Holland Joint Venture for the New Parliament House. Neil holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Building, with a focus on Construction Management, from the University of Canberra.

The DCJ is the lead agency in the new Stronger Communities Cluster.
