Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Hunter Water and Chair for several organizations, including Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese, Customer Owned Banking Association, Sydney Children's Hospitals Network, Hearing Australia, and Ochre Health, Elizabeth also holds the position of Deputy Chair at the NSW Institute of Sport. Additionally, Elizabeth contributes to the NSW State Emergency Service's Audit and Risk Committee and has a long-standing role as Emerita Deputy Chancellor at Macquarie University.
