Robin D. Cook

Robin D. Cook, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Benefits and Compensation Manager at NT Concepts since March 2019. Previously, Robin held the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources at Spok, where responsibilities included coaching and counseling on personnel practices and coordinating investigations related to employee matters. With extensive experience managing employee benefit programs across various organizations such as Strategic Resources, Inc., Management Systems International, and Stanley Associates, Robin has developed expertise in benefits administration for diverse employee populations. Robin's career also includes a background in employee relations and human resources generalist functions, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Psychology from Park University.
