Carmela Grimm has over a decade of experience in retail management and sales, currently serving as Retail Store Manager at Lumos Networks since May 2016 and as Retail Sales Manager at nTelos Wireless since March 2010. In these roles, Carmela has excelled in operations management by enhancing customer experiences, coaching employees, handling customer escalations, and fostering teamwork. Additional expertise includes enforcing cash handling compliance and overseeing inventory management. Previous positions include Sales Consultant at Cruise Planners from 2009 to 2011 and Production Manager at Dondero Inc. from July 1989 to January 2000.
