Dennis Bassett has extensive experience in technical support and systems support, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an Associate Systems Support Technician at NTelos since June 2011, Dennis has developed expertise in systems support. Prior to this role, Dennis worked at Northrup Grumman from 2000 to 2009 in a tech support capacity, and at Genicom from 1988 to 2000, also in tech support. nTelos Wireless was a leading provider of wireless communications services to consumers and businesses in select areas of Virginia, West Virginia and portions of Kentucky, Maryland, Ohio and Pennsylvania. It was the 9th largest provider of wireless broadband in the U.S. On May 6, 2016, Shentel announced the completed transaction to acquire nTelos Wireless. nTelos customers were transitioned to Sprint, and stores re-branded from nTelos to Sprint.
