Susan Sweet has extensive experience in compensation, benefits analysis, and administrative support, currently serving as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst at nTelos Wireless since June 2000. In this role, Susan has successfully implemented Success Factors compensation and performance modules for a workforce of 1,100 employees. Prior to this position, Susan worked as a Treasury Analyst/Executive Assistant and provided critical support to the Chief Financial Officer and other senior executives. Additionally, Susan's experience at Gambro included roles as Office Manager, Purchasing Agent, and Administrative Assistant, showcasing strong leadership, financial management, and administrative capabilities. Susan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bridgewater College.
