Julien Richard, MBA has over two decades of work experience in various roles and positions. Julien started their career as a Research Assistant intern at Air Liquide in 1996. In 1997, they worked as an Industrial Engineer intern at Abbott Laboratories where they displayed creativity and thoroughness. Julien then joined Tempel in 1998 and held multiple positions including Industrial Engineer, Project Manager, Production Supervisor, Press Department Manager, and Manufacturing Manager. During their time at Tempel, they implemented various initiatives and improvement programs to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality while reducing costs. Julien also held leadership roles such as Business Unit Manager and Operations Manager, where they were responsible for budgeting, sales forecasting, and staff development. In 2016, Julien joined NTN Bearing Corporation as the Manufacturing Director before being promoted to Vice President of Manufacturing in April 2018. Julien'sexpertise lies in strategic planning, P&L management, and customer interaction in the manufacturing industry.
Julien Richard, MBA has an MBA degree in Marketing, Finance & Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which was completed between 2005 and 2008. Julien also holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned between 1993 and 1997. Additionally, Julien has attended DePaul University for Computer Science studies from 2001 to 2003. Julien attended Lake Forest High School for their high school education. Julien has also obtained certifications in 6 Sigma Greenbelt, Process Mapping, and Project Management, from various institutions including the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
