Currently leading projects at NTS AMEGA since January 2020, Robert manages engineering operations for Singapore and the Middle East, focusing on design analysis and digital solutions implementation. Prior roles include projects and engineering management at Sigma Engineering Works, where Robert spearheaded multi-cultural teams for oil applications, achieving significant financial outcomes. With a robust background in varying roles from project engineer to senior management across multiple companies, Robert has demonstrated a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget while promoting continuous improvement and technological integration. Robert holds a Master of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
